Dr Paula Bower
BDS(Hons), GradDipClinDent(Implants), MClinDent(Prosthodontics)
Dr Paula Bower graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours from the University of Sydney and
subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Implants) and a Certificate in Periodontics
at the University of Melbourne. She has trained to a specialist level in the UK in Prosthodontics at King's College where she
received her Master Of Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at Distinction level (
Ranked worlds #1 Dental School in 2020 QS World Rankings).
She is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS) by examination and a fellow of the International
Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). She is a past co-director of the ITI study club Tamworth (Australia) and clinical
tutor instructor at the University of Queensland and the University of Melbourne Dental Clinics. She was an examiner and mentor
for the MRACDS stream of the RACDS and she has also held the role of Associate Editor for
Clinical Case Report open access
journal.
She worked extensively in the private sector in Australia, and operated her own dental practice in country NSW for 6 years.
She has 20 years of clinical experience undertaking complex treatment planning and oral rehabilitation, and for the last
10 years has undertaken practice limited to advanced prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
She has placed and restored a large number of implant cases from simple single unit cases to complex, multiple unit cases
with fixed and removable prosthesis including augmentation and sinus lift ancillary procedures. She is dedicated to
achieving outstanding results for her patients utilising the most up to date techniques in a stress free environment
